Responsible for wire drawing / plating plant of over 200 union colleagues and 60 various contract employees. Annual sales revenue of $100M
Took over a $50M capital investment to rebuild the plant from a 2014 fire that destroyed 50% of the plant
Working together with sales and supply chain -100% customer OTD achieved as we supported customers with imports while the plant re-qualified Bead wire for tire manufacturers (Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Toyo, etc.)
Completely replaced and developed the entire management staff of the plant within 6 months due to retirements and overdue restructuring
Profits recognized $3M in 2017 compared to loss of almost $4M before the restructuring
Customer claims are reduced 50% from previous years, cash cost reduction of 15%, direct and indirect labor reduction of 25%

Customer claim reduction of 40%, Cash Cost Reduction of 20%, increase in First Time Quality Yield of 40%, inventory reductions of WIP and FG of 15%
Multi-plant responsibilities overseeing plants in Surrey Canada, once stabilized I then had the same responsibilities with a plant in Van Buren Arkansas while overseeing the Shelbyville plant. I hired and developed new management staff, developed visual management systems, implemented lean manufacturing systems to sustain operational excellence
Represented and led NA in World Wide Best Practice Initiatives. Our 3 wire plants in NA reduced overhead staffing by $700K, working capital reduction of $1.5M monthly, and realized a reduction of customer claims by 35%.

Responsible for a plant that produced fractional horsepower motors and blower assemblies for the appliance industry. Annual sales of $50M.
Reduced overall headcount of plant from 420 to under 300 colleagues in 2 years by improving material flow, line balancing / takt- time / bottleneck techniques.
Reduced customer claims 45% by establishing Problem Solving Teams / Mini Company Concepts.

Leader of 2 separate greenfield plant launches. The first plant was a sunroof assembly plant in Lexington Ky. (1998). The second was a roof stamping plant in Murray, Ky. (2003)
