I am interested in a position with your company. I have done transcription work in the fields of orthopedics, neurology, plastic surgery, allergy, urology and psychiatry. You would find that I am very dependable, a hard worker and a quick learner. I have excellent English and spelling skills. I type approximately 90 plus words per minute. Work History:

April ’17-present – I am doing medical transcription work for RC transcription as an in-home transcriptionist. At this time, I am doing transcription for a neurologist and an allergist.

October ’02 – present – I am presently working part-time with my husband in our construction business (Uptmore Custom Homes) as a receptionist/secretary.

April ’01 – Oct ’02 – I worked doing transcription out of my home for RC transcription. I was in charge of an orthopaedic doctor and cosmetic surgeon’s dictation. I also did Dr. Surya, psychiatrist, transcription out of my home.

December ’00 – April ’01 – I worked for a placement service called Bexar County Medical Society. I was placed in Dr. Surya, psychiatrist, office and did his medical transcription.

December ’97- present – My husband and I purchased 16 rental units and I manage these from our home office under the name of JASU Enterprises. As of November 2009, I still manage one duplex as we sold the others.

December ’96 – August ’97 – I worked for Unibase Technologies for 9 months doing data entry from my home. This company went out of business.

1992-1995 – During this time frame, I worked for Health By Design as an in office medical transcriptionist and also as an in-home transcriptionist.

October ’89- April ’90 – I did transcription in the office of Dr. Palmar and Dr. Kujawa in the field of orthopaedics.

August ’87 – August ’89 – I did in-home medical transcription for Dr. Fitch and Dr. Banowsky in the field of urology.

July ’82 – July ’87 – I worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for five years as a data entry clerk.

Education: I graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1981. I also have college credit hours from the University of Texas at San Antonio and San Antonio College.
