Determined needs and drafted required AutoCAD drawings to install tooling for new model year resulting in a smooth start of production.

Analyzed data and developed layout transforming area in the plant into a build area for Heavy Duty Suburban frames, including parts, tooling and Automated Guided Carts for conveyance.

Created site planning layouts for new construction project. Determined area relocations and requirements to clear area for the next generation full size truck body shop. Created and managed project time line and activities list.
