Company Development: Strategically placed numerous office, on a national level, to increase client placement satisfaction and bottom line to the company. Worked with numerous clients on a national level to increase staff and office location to meet the client requirements. Negotiated leases and build outs of various locations to grow the company on a more regional if not national basis.
Software Transformation: Brought in modern software to update the ATS/Accounting and Benefits system to the company, this implementation equaled a $1.75MM annual savings to the company by increasing production per employee as well a streamlining the benefits and payroll of over 11,500 hourly associates in 9 states.
Organizational Development: Commissioned by the CEO and Board to review staff members to find the best fit for them inside the organization. Reviewed needs of the company and compared to the people in various roles and made appropriate transfers to ensure each member was in the most effective role for the best possible ROI for the company.
