Projects mostly consists of Government/Military, design-build/design-assist, and private negotiated types. Work closely with General contractors such as Walsh Group/Archer Western, Mortenson Construction, Sauer, Inc., & W.M. Jordan for projects located in North Carolina and Virginia.

Project management of all acquired projects including buyout of equipment and materials, subcontracting procurement, coordination of subcontractors, oversight of Project Superintendents and field laborers, monitoring job costs. Attend project meetings. Provide team building skills for field labor, assemble all project documentation including submittal data, subcontracts, and O&M manuals, and monthly billing.
