Two centralized grinding machine for outer grinding was linked with

single hydraulic power pack. Saving Rs.75,000/Year.

CNC grinding machine cylinder modifies with cup washer instead of

circlip washer to arrest the size variation problem. Saving PPM reduced

from 625 to 0/Year, Break down reduced from 840 hrs to 0 hrs/Year.

Multi spindle machine modified with cutting oil pump to increase the tool

life and increase the Liters/Minutes.

Multi spindle machine modified with hydraulic pump continuous

running modified variable piston pump to reduce the pump failure

and to avoid hydraulic hose burst and oil life increased. Saving Rs.25,800/Year.

Inner race grinding machine spindle bearing changed with taper roller

bearing instead of RHP bearing to avoid quality issues and increase the

bearing life. Saving Rs.25,000/Year.

Centralized coolant system modified the sludge pump instead ordinary pump.
