Travel & Expense Implementation:
Worked on creating interfaces from PeopleSoft HRMS System to Travel & Expense System (CONCUR) with employee and department details. Also worked on interface from Concur to JDE with G/L transaction (Payment).
Workflow A/R Deduction System Implementation:
As part of the A/R deduction system implementation worked on interfaces from JDE to Workflow system that includes chargeback’s and credits. The new process will write-off chargeback’s and credits in JDE System and send the same to Workflow System and there it will be closed.
Actual Cost Accounting System:
Liz Claiborne developed a new system on Java platform and reports using SQR for Actual Cost Accounting. This includes interfaces with legacy systems and JDE. As part of the team involved in design & development of SQR Reports and JDE interfaces.
Mexx AR Implementation:
After Liz Claiborne acquired Mexx, an European apparel maker we implemented JDE (AR) for them and this includes new interfaces, reports and application changes.
Bullfrog Project (AR Return Process):
AR Return Process development using JDE Tools & Oracle PL/SQL Procedure in order to facilitate faster & economically smart deduction to credit matching process. This process requires to bring credits from Source System, JDE and Deduction System through interfaces, populate bar code tables using nightly scheduled job and interface to external vendor to send deduction data for any changes after bar code generation. Using the newly created JDE applications users from remote place will match credit with deductions based on external vendor application (deductions) and JDE bullfrog (newly built) application data at item level.
Eschement Process (Abandon Property):
Abandon Property Payment Process to provide business users ability to find out customers we owe them money and cut checks as part of the State Law. This project consists of developing Oracle View in order to bring only valid credits, deductions from JDE and external deduction system, JDE Application for users to select the customers for payment & sweep the same the external system after closing in JDE. Once users resolve those deductions/credits in the external deduction system the summary of payment details interfaced to JDE AP system for payment. Also developed positive pay file interface to bank.
