Objective:

To explore new ideas and possibilities in the field of Material Management industry paralleled with career growth preferably in Coimbatore. Experiences So far:

As a Supply Network Specialist in Caterpillar India Pvt.Ltd from Oct 2016 to Apr 2017.

Learnings:

Issuance of RFQ, Quote loading, negotiating.

Request for change of design requests in order to meet requirements.

Approving Tooling requests from supplier end.

Exposure with American site buyers and suppliers in the field of Fluid Conveyance and its sub-assemblies.

Have to quit from job since my family person got bed rested. Now everything is on right pace .

Currently:

In search for new opportunities in the field of Material Management. Educational Background:

B.E Mechanical Engineering.(2013-2016) With 7.75 CGPA Tamilnadu College Of Engg, Coimbatore.

Diploma in Automobile Engineering.(2010-2013) 89% SASTRA,Thanjavur.

Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Projects:

1. Case Study and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing at Acetech Machinery Components Pvt.,Ltd

Decreasing 8 wastages,cycle time & decrease process length, with the help of lean tools, and applying the current and future state VSM.

This project got reviewed by Caterpillar India Pvt.Ltd and offered me to work as a Supply Network Specialist.

2. Design of 50cc Dirt bike

Participated in National Level Events and got recognizes. 3. Design of Rotary Valve Cylinder

To economize the fuel usage have designed a 4 stroke rotary cylinder engine.
