Project Management Highlights

Account Management: Acted as the project manager for a $10M customer for fulfillment of electronic equipment orders across four warehouses strategically located across the country.

Project Management: Created, tracked, and managed resources, project schedules and cost projections for small, medium and large projects. Successful achievement of project plan and budgetary requirements from 2 months to 2 years and $50K to $4M.

Facilitator: Acted as the technical liaison for systems activities for multiple business areas including finance, legal operations, sales, and marketing operations. Application Development Manager – Toronto Transit Project

Responsibilities included management of the project team for the implementation of the Operational Control Center for the Toronto Transit Commission. Implementation involved the management of a significant number of customizations to an existing multi-tiered software system with over 30 modules dealing with train control including building and maintaining of transit layout, field communications, monitoring and control of field equipment dispatch and scheduling of trains, and operational reporting.
