Achievement:- Control the cost of Chemical as achieved maximum designed production (370000 m3/day) of water by using minimum amount of chemicals.

•Making PFD, HFD with calculation and P&ID,

•Operating and maintaining waste water treatment equipment of Disc Filtration, Ultra

Filtration and Reverse Osmosis process plant,

•Process design calculation, Hydraulic flow calculation with drawing and making plant layout,

•Performing water analysis like Ph, Conductivity, Turbidity, TOC, TDS, TSS, ORP, Free

Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Ferric Ion, Phosphate Ion, Sulfate Ion, Nitrate Ion etc,

•Performing Jar Test, Chlorine demand test, SDI test and CO2 test,

•Doing Calibration of instrument like Ph meter, Conductivity meter, Turbidimeter, ORP meter,

•Preparing Surfactant, Biocide, SMBS, Oxalic Acid, Ascorbic Acid solution,

•Manage the manpower and schedule the delivery of chemicals according to consumption.

•Safely handling of Chlorine gas, Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide,

& Ferric Chloride,

•Provide Process Design support during the detailed engineering, and startup phases,

•Coordination of detailed process design with selected contractors for the project,

• Review, check and verification of outside contractor process design work product,

•Simulation and development of Flow Diagrams, P&ID & HAZOP, Mass balance,

Process description, data sheet, Scheduled and bills of material, Knowledge of pump

Hydraulics, fluid velocity calculations, heat exchanger design, Instrumentation & Control,

•Assist in development of operating and emergency response procedures,

•Performing process optimization studies and developing new designs,

•Preparing calculations, specifications and drawings that conform with operational and

Regulatory standards,

•Developing and maintaining design tools, databases, O & M manuals,

•Providing technical supervision during performance testing, fault finding and tuning

•Using ISO/quality procedure to maintain the business standard

2) WATER TREATMENT PLANT (RO & STP) of SAUDI OGER LTD, Thuwal camp, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Process Engineer (Mar-2010 to July-2012).

Achievement: - Smooth operation with high production of the plant with less manpower.

3) OIL & GAS PLANT ENGINEER PVT. LTD, NEW DELHI as Process Engineer

(Aug-2007 to Mar-2010).

Achievement: - Successfully installed & commissioned the Propane & LPG Gas storage plant and hand over the client within specific time period.
