Helped improve the mode of operation of the Laboratory.

Single-handedly, efficiently and speedily handled the massive influx of diagnostic requests from UATH during the National Medical Laboratory Strike in 2015/2016 which greatly improved the laboratory’s profile and clientele even after the strike.
