Helped improve the mode of operation of the Laboratory.

Increased the percentage of returning client patronage via accurate result delivery, friendly disposition and going the extra mile to give health related information.

Single-handedly, efficiently and speedily handled the massive influx of diagnostic requests from UATH during the National Medical Laboratory Strike in 2015/2016 which greatly improved the laboratory’s profile and clientele even after the strike.
