Key achievements

1.Teacher development: Contributed to termly teacher development seminars, peer/ Head of Department teacher assessment, and encouraged colleagues to seek higher educational qualifications in order to better their teaching skills.

2.Student achievement: Set in place better teaching practice that moved the students’ performance on external examinations to better grades.

3.School programme development: Contributed to the inauguration of several annual events such as an inter-house sports competition, an Easter service, a clubs & societies programme, educational field trips during the school’s annual two-day excursions, exam review programme after each termly batch of internal school examinations, and exam clinic programme for exam classes immediately before the external exams.

4. School administration. Contributed to the preparation of the school development plan, provided input on the rationalization of staff salaries and the implementation of a consistent staff salary policy, assisted in organizing fortnightly senior staff meetings and departmental meetings as well as weekly sports committee meetings, organized termly assessment committee meetings for the review of student performance, and contributed to the formalization of the feedback system from parental open day comments.
