EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS:

To Design and build a target acquisition and firing system

Role : Team Lead

Duration : Aug 2017 – Dec 2017

Team : 4 members

Subject : Collaborative Engineering and Composite of Structures - Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Designing and Modeling Software: Auto CAD, Solid works, CATIA and Ansys.

Description : Aim of this project is to design and build a target acquisition and firing system when the target is stationery and in motion. The mechanical work that has to be worked on this project is to design a model using SolidWorks and Ansys software and make sure that the mechanical system can bear and damp vibrations, load and balance. Using Medium Density Fiber, the mechanical system base has been constructed. Using CNC, I have made Flange collars and the setup has been mounted successfully.

To Design a Height adjustable computer desk Sit-Stand Monitor Riser Desktop Lift

Duration : Oct 2016 – Feb 2017

Team : 1 member

Subject : Integrated Design and Manufacturing Concepts / Composite of Structures - Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Designing and Modeling Software: Auto CAD, Solid works and Ansys.

Description : Aim of this project is to design and build a Transforms any standard desk into a sit-stand desk. The unit is placed on top of current desk or table, so there is no need to replace furniture without the need of clamping or bolting. A gas spring has been installed to make the gripping easy and handy.
