Job Description:

Responsible of opening new branch

Hires, orients, trains, supervise and motivate all staff as needed.

Effectively manages employee-relations issues, including fair utilization of corrective action measures where necessary.

Teaches all employees clear expectations of conduct and service.

Manages salary/wage administration and controls labor to effectively manage costs.

Assists in training and cross training of subordinate managers for development of personnel.

Establishes and maintains good business and community relations.

Develops sales techniques to increase guest counts and check averages.

Assure the stores are operating to Damon’s expectations with regard to operational processes and procedures.

Implements strategies to assure 100% guest satisfaction.

Maintains procedures for cost, waste, and quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all areas of operations for a specific department within FOH & BOH, while insuring the company’s standards of quality, service and operations are maintained.

Manage the operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.

Maintain an accurate up-to-date manpower plan of the FOH& BOH staffing needs.

Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs; develop and implement plans to address opportunities.

Ensure proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company

Improving the speed and direction of decisions by clarifying and setting goals, sharing perspective on reality, identifying options and creating consensus on a way forward.

Positively dealing with the guest complains and comments.

Making sure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.

Developing action plans to address shortfalls in standards.

Using key monitors and financial targets to evaluate the department’s performance and make the future plans.

Analyzing financial information to assist decision making.

Controlling costs without compromising standards.

Ensuring that specified back of the house areas and operational equipment are kept hygienically clean through safe working practices, compliance with SOP standards operating procedures and statutory demands.
