Summary

Upon learning of my passion to lead, learn and train, I have begun to seek new paths to further my career into management. I am always learning so that I can give my employees the best of myself which will impress upon them that gaining new knowledge is always a path that should be taken. Management to me isn’t just sitting at desk. It is getting dirty right along everyone else and trying to solve problems, improve efficiencies, fix the problem and not temporarily put a band aid on it. Even when my time is up for the night, I stay and fight an issue with the next shift because I want to know why something isn’t working and to assist in developing others to bring them up to the next level.
