Enterprise Service Platform (ESP)

Description: ESP is an in-house data management tool developed by State Street, which helps to design new Data Marts based on new set of input files the application receives. It provides the option to configure source files and schedule source file loads into Data Marts. Also, this tool provides the feature to design new reports using these Data Marts and schedule the same.

We used ESP to develop an income repatriation service where FX pricing occurs multiple times per day for applicable currencies based on clients timing and aggregation.

Responsibilities

• SCRUM/Agile Content Lead in cross-functional stand-ups, grooming and retrospectives (RTC)

• Analyzed all business requirements and created complex data model for this application

• This application contains 30 tables/categories and 100 Data Marts to implement complex functionalities like Currency blocking rules, Transactions rollup &Order creation and Sweep orders to StreetFx

Description: Evolve Release 8 is engaged to deliver the functionality of both Merchandise and Pricing systems (Oracle Retail Merchandising System/ Oracle Retail Price Management) in order to provide both multi-pricing and multi-promotions to the in-store execution system (Store line). The objective is to integrate Oracle retail system with Legacy Mainframe system for Trading Stores Product & Price (TSPP) and Trading & Finance Management Information (TFMI). Extracted source data from Legacy Mainframe systems, transformed bulk volume of data using ETL: Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle PL/SQL scripts and loaded transformed data into Oracle Retail systems: ORMS, ORPM & Episys (A third party system for signage).

Responsibilities

• Created Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents for all entities

• Developed scripts for pre-migration validation, data extraction & transformation, business & technical reconciliation
