Hired for production work and was promoted through the years to Lead Management of Quality. Established SAP system throughout 7 departments and implemented continuous improvement system for product placement.
Key Contributions:
Spearheaded 5S certification requirements throughout the 7 departments. All departments became 5S certified after 3 months of employee training and reorganization.
Served as the face of safety, participating in many company panels, surveys, and presentations providing information for all levels of supervision ranging from customer to factory manager.
Orchestrated program of integration with human resources and employees. Made interactions throughout factory more functional and productive.
