Safelite Solutions- I processed auto glass claims and assisted customers with setting up an appointment for replacement or repair.

05/2015 to 05/2016

Gazette Communications- I assisted customers with redelivery of their newspaper. I took payments and processed collection and retention calls daily. I maintained customers’ accounts and assisted are financial department with changing and modifying customer’s bank account and routing information. 09/2014 to 03/2015

Transamerica – I took calls from Transamerica Life Insurance policy holders, in a call center environment. I assisted with questions or concerns regarding their term insurance policies and also took credit card payments. I tracked payments using multiple software applications and sent out any correspondence through fax, email or snail mail.

Aerotek – I managed and assisted calls in a technical environment, from Transamerica Associates and Agents who were using Transamerica software. I reset their passwords or unlock their accounts for multiple databases. I also assisted with questions and some training in regards to the software they were using.

Sedgwick CMS – I fielded inbound calls in a call center environment, from Walmart Industries associates, and assisted them with filing a short term disability (STD) claim or a family medical leave of absence claim (FMLA). I assisted customers with questions and concerns regarding their new or previous claims. I reviewed medical documents to verify certification dates of their serious health condition and made appropriate changes when needed. I spoke with health care providers and claims representatives on a daily basis.

10/2004 to 04/2013

Pearson Technologies – The first three years with Pearson Technologies I was a lead assistant with some data entry and telecommunication skills in the inkjet department. I then transferred to production clerk lead assistant for the rest of my duration, where I assisted in building, packaging and shipping out educational materials. I over seen other production clerks and assisted them by unlocking their scanners or repacking an order. I was assigned to order and return materials to and from the warehouse. EDUCATION:

Metro High School – I graduated with a General Education Diploma. I also have three years of extended photography classes and extended work and training programs offered to assist me in my start to the work force environment.
