T-MOBILE, Frisco, Texas 2013-2018

T-Mobile Network Technician / Universal Subscriber Data, Intelligent Network

•Interface directly with the Tier 2 USD Operations and Project Deployment teams as well as the vendor Nokia on the T-Mobile USD platform. Responsible for monitoring both the data and core network nodes as well as implementing MOP’s required for all necessary changes within the network. Possess a strong understanding of Linux/Unix command line interface and file structure along with basic shell scripting. Some of the devices include:

•Perform monitoring and initial troubleshooting of any issues within the USD core and data networks.
