High Precision Spindle Repair like CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Machine Shop Spindle, etc

Handel team (40 people).

Taking care of break-downs and carrying out the preventive maintenance SPM machines like Grinding, Honing, F &OD etc.

Machines PM, SOP, JH sheet, Kazan, 5s, etc.

Responsible to improve Incoming Raw Materials, Process & finished Goods quality.

Standardize & Implement QAPs for Existing products and Products under development.

Ability to work under pressure and to targets.

Ensure that product, processes and materials are in conformance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.

Able to manage available resource to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Quality related instrument hardness, roughness, fleer gauge, ultrasonic, UD apparatus, ovilaty, wall thickness, GB gauge, Micro log, Vibration pen, Belt Alignment, etc.

Follow up QA procedure implementation.

Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation.

Maintain calibration activities, documents and procedures.

Through knowledge of customer Quality requirements.

Positive approach, good grasping power and always ready to learn new things.
