• Designed and implemented a lightweight, four wheel, disc brake system based upon the dynamic weight transfer characteristics of the chassis.

• Prototyped a steel sheet metal hub carrier and matching one piece aluminum hub with integrated brake component mounting points.

• Performed suspension calculations on A-arms to determine characteristics such as camber, kingpin inclination, and scrub radius.
