Supporting Test Lead in creation of Test Plan and QA Sign Off document.
Provides internal trainings about the workflow of the application and testing tools to the new resources in testing and development.
Gathering requirements from Microsoft CRM. Conducting work study with my team members and estimating the task
Participation in daily Scrum meetings with US counterpart and preparation of MoMs.
Get Clarification from US counter parts after work study for smooth handling of testing tasks.
Prioritizing the Tasks. Assigning it on the priority basis to team members and make sure each work have associated task in TFS(Team Foundation Server) and Agile Central
Test case writing in Microsoft Test Manager and conducting peer to peer review
