Configured and installed statistical safety stock tool to reduce working capital by $6 million and meet the business goal.

Piloted a new concept, "Hybrid Supply Chain Planners", combining responsibilities of demand planning and supply planning into one role for a business unit, leading to a reduction in workforce and annualized savings of $140,000.
