o DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER / LOGISTICS MANAGER

Deputy Program Manager for execution stage of the WasteRoute Project, using proprietary GIS software to optimize routing of collection vehicles across all business units in North America (US and Canada).

• Launched several release versions of WM’s proprietary WasteRoute software suite. Developed system requirements, monitored development, and managed UAT with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) to ensure 100% reliability and on-time delivery.

o PROJECT MANAGER – MIDWEST AND CANADA GROUPS

Managed the WasteRoute Project in the Midwest and Canada groups. Provided project management, mentoring, and training to geographically dispersed team of Logistics Engineers, Field Consultants, and Fleet Operations Managers.

• Led change management initiatives for all Business Units within the Midwest and Canada groups.

• Generated $12.5M in annual savings for Fleet operations in Midwest.

o ANALYST – PROTOTYPE ENGINEERING SERVICES

Inventory control analyst for Prototype Engineering Services, Dell's rapid prototype delivery group. Provided key interface between Independent Hardware Vendors (IHV) and Dell’s design engineers.

• Launched customer interface software package, and implemented six sigma process improvements to reduce Dell motherboard prototype delivery times by 90% (reduced from 2 weeks to 1 day)

• Planned, developed, and executed the Client Project Group’s Engineering Services PESO / MTrack development project, converting existing paper-file tracking of Test & Measurement Equipment (TME) materials to an online database, decreasing process time by nearly 200%. This project impacted approximately $25M worth of Dell TME inventory, spanning multiple lines of business and reducing transactional workload of each.

• Planned, developed, and executed the Client Product Group’s Engineering Services Customer Support site on the Dell Intranet using Dell’s BPI (Business Process Improvement) methodology.
