Senior Instructional Designer / Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Program Manager

●Conducted systemic analysis of existing training across nine geographically separated sites, as well as in-depth needs analysis using the Gilbert’s Behavior Engineering Model and International Society of Performance Improvement’s performance improvement framework to establish an enterprise cybersecurity awareness and training program.

●Developed project plan, program process document, curriculum plan, performance-based evaluation plan, communication plan, and individual course plans.
