JOB RESPONSIBLE

Preparation and approval of inspection test plan (ITP).

Arranging and conducting WQT.

Preparation and approval of QA/QC procedures of non-destructive techniques like MPI, DPT, RT& UT, Hydro test package, punch list & painting.

Coordinating with third party inspectors and client.

Raw material inspection, visual, dimension, verification of correctness, identification and correlation with manufactures test certificates.

To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipments are in accordance with QA/QC program, Project drawing & specification.

Preparing the weld inspection & material traceability certificate & updating the same.

Weekly project meeting and report to the QA/QC Manager.

Preliminary and detailed analysis of isometric drawings and checking of material

availability in site as per drawings.

Verifying all fabrication and erection welding is performed in accordance with the

Contract Documents and making necessary documents.

Provide proper preheat arrangements for the weld joint prior to the welding as per WPS.

Stage wise inspection before, during and after fabrication in accordance with the ITP.

Checking heat treatments for Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) diagrams. When required, and the acceptability of the result.

Making the NDT request for welded joints.

Review of radiographic films, witnessing ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and dye penetrant testing and reviewing the results of the tests.

Witnessing the weld repair inspection.

Conducting tool box meetings for welders to reduce the repair rates.

Making the Field Joint Request for cleared joints.

Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.

To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.

Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications.

Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review

Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan.

Verifying the adequacy of the Quality Control Procedure. Checking that inspections and test are carried out and documented in accordance with the approved procedure and quality plans. Documentation/filling of all inspections records.

Submission of all final reports to client

TWO MONTHS OFFSHORE PROJECT on FPSO SAFER AT RAS ISA ANCHORAGE, YEMEN favor of M/s. SAFER EXPLORATIONS PRODUCTION OPERATION CO (SEPOC-YEMEN) for marine hull surveying inspection and welding quality inspection at renewal of forepeak tank in oil storage vessel and raw material inspection using for renewal of vessel.

The FLNG Turret Mooring System will anchor the FLNG facility at location for the duration of production operations, without the need to disconnect. The design allows the FLNG facility, to weathervane passively and resists prevailing weather conditions, including extreme Category 5 cyclone events. The turret will be approximately 30 meters in diameter and 90 meters in height.
