Strategic Organizational Development: Facilitate teams to map business processes and identified gaps in organizational structure. Identified human variables that affected the Risks/ Mitigation and ensured that all strategic objectives are based on SWOT & PEST analysis models. Defined action plans, recommendations and interventions to implement opportunities of improving the organization with clear KPI's/ Balanced Scorecards. Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Provide functional expertise in professional manpower, organizational design, and management engineering support. Planning, organizing, and conducting manpower analysis and requirements determination. Translate business unit requirements to resource specific requirements. Provide prioritization recommendations for manpower planning initiatives. Carried out proper yearly manpower plan in coordination with all department managers and prepared recruitment plan in compliance with finalized manpower plan. Ensured all manpower requisitions raised by department managers throughout the year, are within manpower plan forecast. Develop planning and programming documents that support manpower planning goals. Serve as functional resource for workforce planning and workforce management recommendations. Gather organizational data to support recommendations for appropriate workforce mix, restructuring and/or reorganization based on studies and analysis.
Secondment/ Outsourcing (JVs) Projects: Successfully completed two (2) joint-venture projects related to Manpower Outsourcing and Secondment from the strategic concept phase to cost analysis, approvals, planning, setting criteria & final selection of business partners (vendors), Contracts drafting and legitimization of final agreements. These projects were effectively executed and later monitored to measure the expected results by managing change in the work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Confirmed that salary and reward structure are competitive and in par with market salaries, in order to attract talents across the globe. My responsibility was to lead the whole compensation and benefits activity and processing all remuneration and rewards of employees as per approved compensation policy using Oracle ERP system.
Learning & Growth: Monitored annual Training and Development calendar. Prepared yearly training plan in coordination with line managers and completed training need analysis during the performance evaluation process. Once training plan finalized & approved, arranged trainings as per the plan. Evaluated Training Effectiveness after completion of courses, to ensured ROI.
Employee Relations: Managed employee relations activities, and was taking care of each and every individual employee’s queries / requirements. Implemented an automated HR Helpdesk system through which interface, employees are encouraged to register their queries, clarifications and requirements and the same is assigned to concerned HR Officer for quick resolution and closing of the request with less turnaround time.
