SUMMARY:

I have worked in Customer Service for about 6 years so I m very familiar with taking calls in a call center or from home,

dealing with irate/upset customers, collecting and inputting data in the computer system and everything else that comes with a

basic customer service job.

Because I have worked in the field for different companies I have taken the basic training for customer service about 5 times.

I strive on first call resolution, manage a good AHT and I m always polite. I have also done some work in janitorial and housekeeping

so I m very diverse and have no problem doing the little things to work my way up.

I try to stay with a company as long as I can. Most the jobs I m no longer with were because I was laid off.

I m a fast learner and have no problem either taking calls or doing physical work.
