DELTAAFRIK ENGINEERING LIMITED (A Deltatek & Worley parsons E&C Company) Project: - EXXONMOBIL Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM-1) Position: - Lead, Pipeline Engineer (March 2017 – Present) OSO RR – QIT Gas Pipeline Project is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM-1) Program that involves a designing a new 20-inch gas pipeline from Oso RR platform to QIT. The offshore length of about 51 km and runs through shallow water, beach crossing before it terminates onshore at QIT receiver. Yoho YP – Ekpe OP Project is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management

(EPCM-1) Program that involves the replacement of the 12.75-inch 18 km crude oil pipeline and the associated Risers respectively.

Idoho BP – QIT CRA Pipeline Replacement Project. This Project involves the replacement of 24-inch, 24km crude Oil pipeline with a corrosion resistant alloy (CRA) material. Activities executed in the projects under review include;

Development of discipline deliverables and schedule on the Project

Production of Pipeline Engineering deliverables for Issue for Construction (IFC).

Provision of Engineering Procurement Support Services (Engineering Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Vendor data reviews), etc.

(PCSB) Sarawak Oil, Malaysia Project Team: - Pipeline Rehabilitations Projects Team (April 2014 – June 2016) Pipelines Rehabilitations Project activities involve the rehabilitations or replacement of PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. Sarawak Oil’s highly corroded and/or ageing existing intra fields pipelines with low cost and innovative alternative to carbon steel pipeline technologies, thus prolonging the pipeline systems assets lives, guaranteeing systems integrity and at guaranteed return on investments.

Project: In-Field Liner (IFL) Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) Project at West Lutong.

Position: - Senior Pipeline Project Execution Engineer (June 2014 – November, 2014) In-Field Liner (IFL) Pipeline Installations involves replacing the existing intra field pipelines with non-metallic pipes utilizing PETRONAS patented IFL technology by pulling the IFL through existing corroded pipelines. It also involves topsides modifications to accommodate the new system.

Some of the activities carried out by me in the projects under review are listed below:

Reviewed contractor’s pipeline mechanical designs that resulted in production of quality deliverables within Project schedule and as per approved standards.

Participated in Projects Design Reviews, HAZOPS, HAZIDS, CRA and Constructability Reviews respectively and made sure that review comments were incorporated into designs accordingly.

Responded and assisted in resolving contractor’s Piping and Pipeline technical queries instantly to avoid slippage in project schedule.

Project Installation Engineer that provided onsite technical clarifications and guidance during the IFL Pipeline Installations and topsides modifications and pre-commissioning activities.

Assisted in pipeline pre-commissioning and conducted pipeline walk through and marked-up approved construction drawings for As-built drawings productions. The Non-metallic Pipe (NMP) Project involves replacing the existing intra field pipelines with innovative and low cost Non-Metallic Pipeline technology. Activities carried out by me in the projects under review are listed below:

Project Engineer where I confirmed non-metallic pipeline project scope of work, awarded the contract for materials options selection (MOS) study that selected the most appropriate and cost effective non-metallic pipe materials. The MOS project was executed within one month of Contract award and the report recommendations endorsed by Management for immediate implementation.

Execution Engineer that designed and installed topsides alternative (Plan B) tie-in connections. The installation was executed two days ahead of offshore schedule and it saved the company 5 days’ platform shutdown during pipeline offshore installation.

Reviewed Contractors’ Engineering designs and analyses and attended to technical queries and clarifications requests within 72 hours.

Engaged with the various vendors, joint venture partners, government authorities and all stakeholders on the new projects and benefits upon successful execution. This was in line with Company strategy goal of guaranteeing assets integrity and at low and affordable cost etc.

Performed Pipeline economics analysis.

Project: 2015 Pipelines Annual Integrity Assessment (AIA) Project Position: - Lead, Bayan/D18 Oil Pipeline team (November 2015 – May 2016) Pipeline annual integrity assessment (AIA) for Bayan/D18 pipelines in Bintulu field involved the assessment of the last five (5) years pipelines systems inspections, surveys and maintenance reports and then recommend the inspection and maintenance roadmap for the pipelines. My responsibilities and achievements in the project under review are listed below:

Assessed pipelines and established their current integrity status.

Issued five (5) years inspection and maintenance plans for each of the pipelines to manage and maintain their integrities.

Harmonized the pipelines inspections and maintenance program such that groups of pipelines will be inspected, maintained in single campaign to reduce OPEX costs. DELTAAFRIK ENGINEERING LIMITED (A Deltatek & Worley parsons E&C Company) Project: - EXXONMOBIL Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM-1) Position: - Supervising/Lead, Pipeline Engineer (April 2011 – March 2014) The following projects were executed under the EPCM – 1 Project: Satellite Fields Development Phase ‘2’ Project involved detailed engineering for the installation of four new wellhead platforms (Ufan, Ibot, Ifure and Idoho North) together with installation of the associated FWS sub-sea pipelines to enable well-stream production fluids to be processed at the existing Yoho YP, Idoho BP, Ubit GY and Ubit GP platforms. The Project also includes brownfield modifications that are necessary to enable the existing oil & gas processing facilities at Yoho, Idoho and Ubit to accept production from the four new wellhead platforms, and to export HP gas to the WHP’s for gas injection & gas-lift purposes. of all the linepipes, IRHFA’s, Induction Bends and associated flanges and fittings including Anodes and Concrete Mattresses.

Qua Iboa Terminal (QIT) Produced Water Discharge Upgrade Project involves installation of 1.3 km distance onshore pipeline from the pump header inside QIT to the Ubit pipeline tie-in point to the abandoned 24-inch OD Ubit SSM – QIT Pipeline close to the QIT fence, provision of chemical injection points for scale inhibition close to the pumps and pig launcher installation. The project also involves the modification of the offshore section of the 24-inch OD Ubit Pipeline close to the SSM for the discharge of the produced water. Usari – Idoho Pipeline Project involves Detailed Pipeline Engineering Design of 20 km of 24- inch OD Crude Oil Pipeline from Usari FA to Idoho BP Platforms. Engineering Procurement support activities including vendor data reviews for the linepipes, IRHFA, Induction bends and the pipeline associated flanges and fittings including Anodes and Concrete Mattresses, etc. Production Uplift Project comprises the detailed Design for the replacement of different sections of the Pipelines; 24-inch OD Idoho BP Riser and Edop SSM Pipeline spool, 10.75-inch OD Edop QP Gas Riser and spools and 10.75-inch OD Ekpe OP Oil Riser, spools and 500m pipeline. Engineering Procurement Support activities including vendor data reviews for the procurement of the linepipes, IRHFA’s, Induction Bends and the pipelines associated flanges and fittings and components were also carried out on the Project. Some of my activities and achievements in the projects under review are listed below:

Project: - TOTAL IKIKE Field Development Project

Position: - Lead Pipeline Engineer (August 2010 – April 2011) IKIKE Field Development Project was a FEED/Basic Engineering Project that involves laying two news pipelines (about 14.5km, 12-inch Multiphase Production Export Pipeline from IKD1 to AMD2, and 14 km, 12-inch Water Injection Pipeline from AMD3 to IKD1) in IKIKE Field. Some of my activities and achievements in the project under review are listed below:

Produced discipline deliverables schedule, Project design Basis and execution plan.

Issued Pipeline mechanical design analysis and reports.

Issued Pipeline Material Take-off (MTO), Route Review and Route Selection Reports.

Co-ordinated project team members and attended to other discipline issues. EDOP QP 24-in Pipeline Segment Replacement Project involves the replacement of a 20 km segment of the pipeline from Edop QP to Edop Subsea manifold, the associated riser at Edop QP and the re-instatement of a 10-inch pipeline jumper at Etim-Inim crossing. Critical Crude Pipeline Segments Replacement Project involves installation of two 20 km long 24-inch pipelines (Ubit SSM – QIT and Idoho BP - QIT) and a 16km long Asabo MP – Usari FA Pipeline and the associated risers.

QGFE Shore Approach Detailed Design Project deals with the installation of a shore approach section of 24-in Idoho BP – QIT pipeline and the two QGFE pipelines (16-in OSO RX - QIT fuel gas pipeline and 12-in QIT – OSO RX Gas Export pipeline) in a single mobilization and single trench. Both pipelines have same landfall sections at QIT. This was due to a detour of the CCPSRP pipelines out their right of way (ROW) in the shore approach section. EDOP Pipeline Emergency Repair involves sectional repair of the 24-in EDOP pipeline by replacing a segment between EDOP SSM and QIT and the abandonment of existing redundant pipeline segment.

CCPSRP 24-in EDOP Shore crossing involves the engineering detailed design of a 3 km segment of the 24-in EDOP pipeline between the shore approach section and QIT and the abandonment of existing redundant pipeline segment. EKPE – ASABO Pipeline Replacement Project involves replacement of the existing 19.3 km long 16-inch pipelines (Ekpe OP – Asabo MP) and the associated risers, decommissioning of the existing pipeline and risers and their abandonment. UBIT GP - IDOHO BP and UTUE FWS Conversion Projects involve the determination of maximum operating pressures and remaining strength of corroded existing pipelines at which the Pipelines can be safely operated without the possibility of Pipelines failure. Some of the activities carried out by me in the projects under review are listed below:

Position: Senior Pipeline Engineer (December 2006 – April 2007) The Project was a Detailed Engineering Design to replace 10-in OSO-RB to RR, 12-in OSO- RD to RR and 16-in OSO-RH to RR condensate production pipelines through installation of three new corrosion resistant alloy (CRA) material pipelines and abandonment of the existing ones.

Development of pipeline cathodic protection design Projects: - ETIM –ASASA Fields Development Project for EXXONMOBIL Project Title: - Pipeline Engineer (July – December 2006) ETIM ASASA Development Project was a Detailed Engineering Design project designed to transport compressed associated gas via new pipeline network from the EDOP gas compression platform for injection into the ETIM and ASASA reservoirs and a new multiphase pipeline from ETIM D to ETIM production platform.

The five pipelines in this project are listed below:

16-in Gas Pipeline from Edop QI platform to Etim LP platform.

12-in Gas Pipeline from Etim LP platform to Etim LC platform.

10-in Gas Pipeline from Etim LC platform to Asasa VB platform.

8-in Gas Pipeline from Etim LP platform to Etim LA platform

IDAMA /JOKKA fields through a new 12-in multi-phase pipeline and the extension of the existing 8-in multiphase pipeline from CNL DP to Robertkiri GCWIP. The gas is to be collected, compressed, conditioned and sent to the Soku Gas facility, operated by SPDC through a new 10-in Gas pipeline, from where it will be sent to the Nigerian LNG Plant at Bonny. The project also involves a Water re-injection by a 6-in flow line from Robertkiri GCWIP to Robertkiri well-7. Some of the activities carried out by me in the projects under review are listed below:
