Financial institutions implement FIS Fraud Management Solution Memento/FCM (Financial Crime Management) to detect and prevent ACH (Automated Clearing House) fraud, Check fraud and maintain compliance. Memento/FCM can automate and streamline the processes that detect and manage suspicious and fraudulent activities. It can help defend the institution from a broad array of fraud threats across all channels and payment types.

Responsibilities:

Key Member of the FCM Implementation staff responsible for aligning Client requirements with product capabilities and clarifying Client questions during Client Project Kickoff meetings

Responsible for implementing the Memento/FCM product, including product installation, analyzing Client data, Parser development, data import and configuring Fraud analytics.

Activation primarily deals activating a sample book i.e., a sales rep giving a sample book to a customer. Transfer is when a sales rep transfers a sample book from one customer to another. Request deals with a customer requesting a sample book from a sales rep.

Robert Allen Web is a combination of three websites Robert Allen, Beacon Hill and Robert Allen Outlet. These websites work similarly on different data. A customer can create a web account after dealing with the credit department of the Robert Allen. Customer can search different patterns of fabric and trim, place contracts, search hardware and furniture based on the requirement. They could place an order/request for a memo/reserve. It has blog that gives information about the new collections and other updates.

Online Librarian is a part of Robert Allen regular and Mobile sites. It provides customers with real-time status and yardage availability for all skus contained within any of the sample books of The Robert Allen Group’s brands. This will allow Robert Allen customers to easily search sample books by book name, book number or release date and receive an instant inventory snapshot. Books could be searched on different criteria such as release date, name, number or brand.
