Fulfilled a critical role managing financial operations at this $30MM provider petroleum transport and maintenance services in the eastern United States and Canada, with a scope of responsibilities that included the development of budgets, maintenance of relationships with banks, production of financial reporting packages, and oversight of audits.

–Within the first six months, navigated the business through its first financial statement audit, an IRS audit, and an audit of software licensing agreements; served as an invaluable resource, providing stability and leadership to the Corporate Finance and Information Technology functions through a transition in ownership.

–EE Zimmerman, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Retained by one of the country's largest suppliers of packaged paint thinners, paint solvents, paint removers, wood finishes, fuels and acids to assess the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Negotiated payment terms with vendors and secured working capital through a bank, sustaining operations until the completion of an acquisition and liquidation of assets.

–Orbital Engineering. Provided guidance and direction to M&A discussions between this engineering and consulting firm and USX relating to the acquisition of the Met-Chem subsidiary; developed risk analysis and advised on due diligence issues.

–Renewal Inc., Chief Financial Officer.
