2015 to Present: InteloMed, Wexford, PA

-Chief Financial Officer

Leads vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of operations and finance at this startup provider of non-invasive medical and technology solutions for monitoring cardiovascular care, with a focus on contributing to the raising of capital through the development of financial forecasts and other support responsibilities.

–Partnered with the new CEO to successfully close a $3.2MM round within the first 3 months; led the development of a financial plan for current capital raise of $10MM; participates in investor calls to provide guidance and information in response to financial inquiries.

–Establishes strategy and provides tactical leadership on initiatives ranging from IP and licensing to product development, quality and supply chain. -Chief Financial Officer

Fulfilled a critical role managing financial operations at this $30MM provider petroleum transport and maintenance services in the eastern United States and Canada, with a scope of responsibilities that included the development of budgets, maintenance of relationships with banks, production of financial reporting packages, and oversight of audits.

–Within the first six months, navigated the business through its first financial statement audit, an IRS audit, and an audit of software licensing agreements; served as an invaluable resource, providing stability and leadership to the Corporate Finance and Information Technology functions through a transition in ownership.

–Spearheaded the formulation of operating budgets for 2014 and 2015, including a $5.5MM CAPEX plan to support expansion; these budgets provided insight and guidance to corporate leadership into performance against sales and operating metrics, sorted by product lines and terminals. –SearchPath HCS, Chief Financial Officer. Collaborated with the ownership team of this leading provider of human capital solutions to build a plan to raise capital. Oversaw the reverse merger of the organization, turning it into a publicly-traded shell corporation.

–EE Zimmerman, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Retained by one of the country's largest suppliers of packaged paint thinners, paint solvents, paint removers, wood finishes, fuels and acids to assess the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Negotiated payment terms with vendors and secured working capital through a bank, sustaining operations until the completion of an acquisition and liquidation of assets.

–Orbital Engineering. Provided guidance and direction to M&A discussions between this engineering and consulting firm and USX relating to the acquisition of the Met-Chem subsidiary; developed risk analysis and advised on due diligence issues.

–Renewal Inc., Chief Financial Officer.
