Summary: I am a Human Resources Specialist/Generalist with vast experience in managing all aspects of HR. ● Processing weekly union and non-union payrolls for about 1400 employees in team environment on Paychex. (Local 1 and 2 and

teamsters). Editing time and attendance in system called TC1. Importing time to Paychex once all time is approved by Managers.

● Running reports needed before and after payroll is processed. Forwarding payroll figures to Accounting dept for funding. W-2

reconciliations and distribution. Answering employees payroll questions and time off buckets. Suggesting better ways to improve

systems. Local 1 monthly union report and check request. Employment verifications and letters. Other duties as requested.

Human Resources Generalist/ Payroll Specialist- (Contract) 4/15 - 9/17

HBO/Nippon Express USA/ Paramount Group/Rose Associates/ADP

● Processed weekly/biweekly payrolls multi-states for about 3000 employees at HBO on Workday in a team environment.

Trouble-shooting employees time card issues. Audited timecards and made adjustments. Changed employee schedules/ changed

payroll processing schedules.

● Ran reports on Workday for payroll funding /401K and garnishments and submitted to treasury/A/P dept. Processed payroll

reconciliation's. Answered payroll hotline and provided resolution to employee questions. Communicated with HR on employee

questions on benefits and profile issues.

● Handled bi-weekly and monthly payrolls-multi-state for about 800 employees on ADP Pay force and Timesaver. Processed all

manual checks. Inputted all multi-state garnishments/direct deposits. W-4 changes and tax amendments for incorrect 2015 W-

2's thru ADP. Answered employee questions on all payroll concerns.

● Administered weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multi-locations in NYC for about 1000 employees on Ultipro system from ADP

WFN. Managed weekly union payrolls for over 80 buildings and over 1300 employees on ADP WFN 12.0. Distribution of checks.

Submitted all of (32BJ) weekly/monthly union dues and 401K payments on ESS. Submitted monthly dues and benefits report and

payments for Lo.6 and Lo.94. All funding reports to Accounting dept to fund the payrolls. Accounting analysis-figures/G/L and

reports. I Pay password resets.

● New Hire orientations and background checks. Employment verifications/Unemployment claims. Other reports as

needed. Other benefits: W/C's and disability claims 3rd party and wage works. Non union benefits reporting and payments.

● Assisted clients with ADP migrations and implementations to latest Workforce Now version 8.0. Assisted clients in the set-up of
