Duties: Of the positions held above, I continuously performed charge nurse functions while ensuring the best in patient care. Additional duties included taking patient vitals and blood draws, maintaining patient records, administration of meds, and minor medical testing. Medical terminology and diagnosis codes were used; the verification of patient charts for historical data to assist with the best plan of care was performed.
