As Permitting and Compliance Officer

● Permitting and Compliance; Contracts Management; Coordination to Concerned Regulatory Government Agencies and Local Government Units;

● Responsible for coordinating all aspects of compliance with government regulations and see to it that the company’s adherence to laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines set by concerned public agencies and or instrumentalities

● Conduct inquiries and make extensive research on various laws, jurisprudence, rules and regulations essential to the daily undertakings of Renewable Energy (RE) exploration project such as the Renewable Energy Law, the EPIRA Law, etc.

● Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

As Community Relations Officer

● Directly reporting to the Immediate Superior/s in the aspect of public relations and stakeholder engagement activities;

● Act as the company’s focal person in all community engagement activities, continuing stakeholder inter-actions;

● Planning and implementing events to foster relations with the community and various stakeholders;

● Represent the company in all community and other public relations related activities thus cultivating harmonious relation with key community leaders, representatives, interest groups as well as government officials;

● Plans, presents and implements the company’s CSR

● Coordinate and build rapport with various local government units, government agencies, NGO’s, and other stakeholders and interest groups;

● Foster good relations with by attending meetings, discussions and consultations with officials, key persons, groups and community gatherings.

● Secure the necessary resolutions, ordinances, documents from LGU’s signifying the company’s social and community’s acceptability;

● Perform such other functions and duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

As Administrative and District Liaison Officer

● Monitor, inspect, and make reports and recommendations to the Honorable Representative with regard to the ongoing implementation of the different nationally-funded projects;
