Telemarketing Executives as well as technicians to ensured they met standards for connecting to the network
Architected and developed a closed loop process which met the requirement of the Florida Public Service
Commission following the settlement of a Class Action Suit. Worked with Internal Auditor, Arthur Andersen
Auditing and the Florida PSC Auditors ensuring each customer received a Confirmation Letter for any change in
service. Printed, reviewed and validated all refund letters and check amounts before forwarding onto Treasury
Served on team that reviewed and purchased monitoring system for mainframes. Ran SCROBE against
application code and recommended changes to developers for code optimization. This effort resulted in a cost
savings of $250 million dollars
