Retained by large airline services company to mitigate HR and payroll system conversion challenges associated with the merger of three independent companies into one. Instituted “customer care” teleconferences with key airline operations stakeholders to restore credibility and provide communications for mitigation strategies and future initiatives.

Designed, proposed, and building out an HR Services Delivery model appropriate for airline services company employing more than 10,000 employees in North America, with 120+ airport locations. Lead efforts in terms of three major focus areas in the design: database integrity, interfaces with ancillary systems, and automation of paper driven processing. Concept of “hire to retire” includes full life cycle of employee HR services delivery from on-boarding to termination. Anticipated timeline for completion from inception to best practices design: 12 months.

Expert Global Solutions (EGS) Inc., Horsham, PA 2010 – 2016

Vice President, Global Human Resources Services –12/2010-8/2016

Management of global HR services delivery organization including payroll services ($678M global budget, 2016), benefits design & operations (health & welfare programs), 401(k) administration, time collection systems, and employee master data management/HRIS for large international BPO company. Other employee services include I9 administration, employment verification processing, records retention, organizational management, expatriate administration, and Taleo on-boarding, as well as HR reporting and metrics.

Manage a global team of 5 direct reports and extended staff of approximately 150 personnel. Oversight of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance appraisals, succession planning, and training for the HR Services team in 8 countries globally.

Manage three service centers hubs: Buffalo, NY for North American operations, Panama & Guatemala for Latin America operations and the Philippines for Asia-Pacific delivery. Other international centers located in Antigua, Mexico, UK and Australia, servicing 41,000 employees globally.

Manage team of 4 managers and 20 staff with oversight of corporate-wide North American payroll operations, including time and labor collection and accounting, with service centers in Massachusetts, Alberta, and Ontario Canada.

Led a project team to migrate three independent service center payrolls to one consolidated system (PeopleSoft) and standardizing operations across the three centers, while upgrading the HR module and implementing employee and manager self-service to reduce costs, and improve service delivery efficiencies.

Senior Manager, Service Delivery Operations, People Financial Services – 12/2008 to 05/2009

Manage team of 6 managers, and 75 staff positions principally located in Florida and New Jersey shared services facilities, with satellite offices in Pennsylvania and New York.

Responsible for corporate-wide weekly payroll processing for approximately 133,000 employees worldwide, totaling $10B annually.

Have functional ownership for change control of system updates and upgrades for the PeopleSoft payroll platform and testing/validation responsibility for same.

Provide operations site services to various business areas regarding travel reimbursement and relocation expense reporting.

Administer multiple time and labor collection systems for select business areas supporting 52,000 employees.

Audit executive payroll and compensation programs for taxability and applicability to corporate policy.
