Supported teammates in cross-functional team meeting to maximize the efficiency of the tool presetting group.

Documented process through process flow, VSM, Flowcharts, PFMEA.

Assisted in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Analysis of a Vibration Isolation System of Electric Generator

•Designed the vibration isolation system using 3D modeling software, Solid Works.

•Thermal vibration testing was done on model using ABAQUS to see the deformation due to thermal Stress.

•It was a passive system and the innovative design, leads to higher efficiency, cost effective and highly sustainable.

Design and Analysis of a Six Bar Mechanism and of a Rear Quarter Suspension of a Race Car

•Performed dynamic and kinematic analysis of a six-bar mechanism and a rear car quarter suspension was performed using ProE/CREO Parametric.

•Used Cam-Follower mechanism to create a bumpy road for a spring-damper suspension system. Varying the damping resistance, the suspension ability of the car was optimized, allowing the car to traverse more harsh terrain with less movement of chassis.

Combined analysis on Toilet seat.

Modeled part in ProE/CREO Parametric and analyzed for stresses, strains and created successful part with required dimensions.

Maximum stress, bending, tensile, displacement is calculated by applying constraints, appropriate graphs and results are obtained.

Deformation of bridge under varying loads.

At first only single beam is considered then 2-D and later 3-D was considered.

Maximum stress, bending, tensile, displacement of these parts was obtained by run status. Constrains are also added. At first only gravitational force is taken into consideration. Later both gravitational force and loads are taken into consideration and respective graphs were obtained.

Vibration Analysis of Multistory Building

Using the knowledge of advance mechanical vibrations building is explained as spring mass damper system.

Characteristics equation for buildings is derived like mass matrix, stiffness matrix and damping matrix. The system is plotted using Simulink.

Programmed Robotic Arm Using Arduino Board

Designed a robotic arm using CREO and fabricated the model using 3-d printing method.

Programmed the arm with the help of Arduino board and the arm was controlled by android.

Design and Analysis of Waffle maker

Modeled part in CREO and analyzed for stresses, strains and created successful part to meet given requirements and survive operating conditions.

Simulated with different initial conditions; selected best suitable material with cost effective Design.

Determining the best regrind percentage of spurs and runners in injection molding using Minitab

30,000kg of Spurs and runners used in Injection Molding was reused to reduce waste. Data of Injection Molding processes was analyzed and best regrind material mixed with virgin material was analyzed using Minitab and Six Sigma Methodology to determine the economic viability of the process.

WORK AUTHORIZATION:

OPT-EAD Eligible to work for any employer in U.S.A without sponsorship through April 2021.

Open to Relocation and Travel.

Ongoing Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. & Design for Six Sigma Certified (DFSSC).
