My duties:-
Taking calls and reserving of bookings from guest
Operate the switchboard by directing all phone calls correctly;
Attending to their inquiries and also answer inquirers over the phone.
Take and give messages to all staff via e-mail and telephonically;

Monitor and keep register for courier services and other mail deliveries including parcels;
