Job Profile:

Training newly inducted team members. MIT joining the organization. Refresher product training.

Reports Responsibilities:

Maintaining & Preparing Monthly Data for entire North Region comprising of information of all CDP Classes, visits, Promotions, New Rollouts and Soft Launch and Team mix.

Facilitating TM to the next level, Preparing & executing HR Notification (Promotions) for all level TM (Awarding promotion letter and salary)

Identifying & awarding WOW and SCIP (Monthly and Weekly)

Inventory handling for all Training requirements (job -aids, books, cd etc)

Indenting done with costing according to the budgets

Preparation of power point presentation (monthly as well as quarterly ) comprising of data like – Land D,DM wise Attendance, Score card ( MTD/CS AND 30 MIN) with DM wise Comparison with Strengths and Opportunities and Synopsis.

Conducting CDP Classes for all levels – (New tm (2 days), Line training csr /cm/sdp ( 1 day), T .Ace meet (monthly and quarterly), Ext mit Cdp classes (weekly)making them Customer Centric and taking Weekly test & Giving feedbacks to improve their performance at work place.

Visting Stores (4 visit per store) MTD /CS/30 MIN /NEW PRODUCT AUDIT

Handling of 22 stores in Total for OJT, training & HR responsibilities.

Conducting OJT Visits for TM and External MIT to train them per stations and checking their schedule & making sure that the follow all sop’s religiously.
