Working for a new Construction/Development entity at Strategic Group providing

Administrative support to the Senior Director, as well as 9 other individuals within

SBI. Coordinating with site office personnel and various departments within Strategic

Group to ultimately develop new and existing buildings into residential properties.

Duties on a regular basis include: Acting as the administrative point of contact between the Executives as well as internal/external clients and suppliers. Undertake the tasks of receiving all calls and messages. Maintain and manage my Executive’s diary, arrange meetings and appointments (personal and work related) and provide reminders through access to both our calendar and email accounts. South Metro Project- Duties on a regular basis include- Taking care of tracking all DVE (design verification engineers) documents through tracking registers that I designed and managed as well as an online document management system (Mezzoteam). Preparing comment response forms, certificates, submission lists, memos, reports etc and uploading them to Mezzoteam in a specific order. Organizing all uploaded documents on a separate register so they can easily be traced by other team members or auditors. Liaising with designers and ensuring checking forms are being processed on time as well as distributing designer responses to my team in the DVE. Working in a fast paced environment where meeting deadlines was critical. When occasional slow periods arise I took on other work throughout the office such as invoicing, visa preparations, booking

flight, hotels etc. as well as various other tasks.
