Maintain all reporting processes including, budgets, financial and daily operations,
Handled issues relating to the community site, legal operations, payables, collections, renewals, approving applications and scheduling and managing property construction & renovation operations. Preparing and implementing leasing, marketing and renewal programs.
Marketing – Orchestrated and led property specific marketing programs including all internet, social media, viral marketing and print for properties.
Financial – Prepared annual budgets and business plans. Monthly prepared owner reporting and forecasting. Recommend pricing structures based on market trends and availability. Presentation of annual budgets to Regional Manager/owner.
Personnel – Recruit, interview and hire personnel. Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend salary changes. Provide associate counseling and improvement programs when appropriate. Promote individual associate growth and development.
New Business Development
Awarded for putting together the whole property management process in place to start a brand new company Avistale. Produced new contracts through organic client interaction and assisted in planning stages of new construction.
Site Acquisition – Transitioned a property, within a 30 day period, by putting together the whole property management system, hiring and training of over 13 new associates.
