oMaintain personal I-9’s and other employment application forms on each employee

oFile all data received from employees related to medical activities

oMaintain Rolodex cards on all active and terminating employees

oHandle employee and customer calls and inquiries. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner. Route telephone calls to the appropriate person.

oMaintain office equipment. Keep the work area neat and clean.

oMaintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the company and a favorable image of PCSI.

oTrack absences and FMLA and perform other duties as assigned.

oMaintain management, education and childcare standards.

oMaintain revenue and expenses accounts and ensure optimum utilization of funds.

oCoordinate with parents and respond to their queries and requests.

oDaily quality checks and addressing quality issues on Foss machines, Vicam machine, and Neogen machine

oEducate customers on the best practices to identify, eliminate and solve pest problems.

oPerform, and verity quality control along with supervision on producers and polices.

oTrain staff members/ assist in mentoring staff and enabling them to become proficient in their duties.

oMaintain accountability for all company’s valuable to include large sums and cash flow.

oMaintain inventories and daily bank deposits

oAbility to quickly learn and adapt to any new environment and agency management data base systems
