As a project manager for wireless measurement test receivers, defined workflows in Jira for both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Workflows emphasized a data driven approach, having content owners provide details during each stage of the process, which then was ported into generic dashboard formats for executive review. This method eliminated unnecessary interview times with content owners, allowing for focused discussions on key topics. The dashboard was provided using confluence, allowing executives to monitor progress on demand. Projects include:
