Job Description:

Working as sales co-ordinator cum Asst. Admin from 2008 till date. Handling the complete division with full effort. Working as a bridge between Sales team and accounts also with the end users. Able to provide immediate solutions to the sales team. Able to work as a team, Ready to lead a team also take a decision independently in a good manner.

Preparing quotations, Project Follow up : Preparing the quotations, Making Submittals as per the project requirement for Consultant / Client. Follow up with the contractor / Customer for the project updations.

Deliveries : Checking the stock from the warehouse, Credit terms for the customers. Preparing the document like Credit approval from Accounts and instruct driver and store keeper for the deliveries.

Payment Follow up: Arranging and transmitting the invoices to the customer for payment. Follow up with Sales team as well as to the customers for receivables.

Inventory Management: Preparing the purchase order to the suppliers for the projects as per the requirements and also reviewing the inventories once in every month end and preparing the stock order including Analysis of Stock, Preparing Costing sheet & other relevant documents)

Follow up with the supplier for delivery. Getting and checking the supplier sales orders acknowledgement, invoices and other relevant documents.

Nominating the freight forwarders for collection of shipments whenever it is ready from supplier side. Followup with the freight forwarder for the shipments. Arranging the insurance for the shipments. Meeting customs officers if require to clear the shipments.

Arranging meeting to discuss Sales and Admin issues with Sales Team and Accounts.

Attending the meeting with director and sales team for sales review.

Attending meeting with customer if required.

Arranging Seminars and product launches for the new products to the end users.

Communicating to the suppliers, principals regularly for the product updations, price negotiations and technical details.

Reports:

Verifying the Sales Report, Funnels for the Sales Team for the review meeting with the directors.

Preparing and Submitting the Reports to the Directors on weekly basis for the Debtors.

Preparing and submitting the monthly Sales, Orders, Collections report to the Directors.

Submitting the yearend Inventory details to the directors.

Sales Promotions:

Lead the team to conducting the sales promotions to the dealer network every year.

Lead the team for the product seminars, Product Launching, sales promotions

Attending the customer phone calls and solve the problems

Managing the technical callouts and arranging the technicians in a right time to fix the errors.
