Project Manager

Managed and led multiple product programs (Mobility Handsets Cell Phone) for Hewlett-Packard Digital Imaging and Printing. I headed multi-disciplined teams of engineers, business development, finance, operations, marketing, and testing functional areas, as well as external vendors and partners.

Mobility Handsets. Managed development of mobile phone software for Motorola, Samsung, Audiovox, and other mobile phone providers. Determined project requirements, product roadmaps, strategy; managed external vendor ensuring hardware/software prototype development schedules, milestones, and goals were met.

Conducted feasibility study to determine the viability of HP’s Mobility Handsets Software product line; including business modeling, financial analysis, market segmentation, and cost analysis. Findings led to the creation of Snapfish, HP’s digital photo storage and management site.
