Responsible for wide ranging global talent acquisition operations, playing a key role in establishing the function and building it from its inception, impacting both new and ongoing operations throughout the US, EMEA, Australia, India and Mexico

Established a new team responsible for vendor management strategy including the review of near term forecasted needs, departmental capabilities and the completion of a gap analysis to identify, evaluate and select vendor partners to help mitigate issues and meet our business objectives
