• Responsible for complete business turnaround inheriting a 2.7% loss in December of 2014 to the creation of a 17% improvement Y/Y and sustain improvement

• Implemented inventory controls, procedures and regular cycle counting to improve write down on inventory at year-end from 1M to 60K within two years.
