Regional Distribution Director Kellogg Company – Oak Brook, IL April 2014 – December 2017

Oversee all aspects and compliance associated with day-to-day DSD and 3PL operations in twenty state regions in the Western & Central US. Responsibilities include leadership of twenty multi-unit warehouse operations serving complex retail organizations and extensive network of private fleet DSD route operations, delivering to over 9K customer's per week world class customer service.

Twenty Distribution Center Managers as direct reports, leading a total organization in excess of 600 employees comprised of union, non-union, and leased personnel. Report directly to Vice President DSD Supply Chain. Member of Executive Guiding Coalition setting division strategy. Worked collaboratively with key business units to identify and executive cost saving and service enhancing initiatives including EDI, Scan Based Trading, Pick to Pallet, Pick to Voice, Green Light Receiving, Honor Check In, and Advanced Shipment Notice ASN.

Responsible for distribution operating financial analysis, planning, and execution of budget in excess of $120M.
