Led a team of 7 energy solutions engineers that built business cases for energy conservation programs that were paid for by energy savings. An interesting example would be the energy conservation sales to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Industrial Sales Manager – Ohio

Led for direct sales and a team associated with energy conservation based sales for the industrial market. Most notable was the first industrial national “pay by saving” for JCI at Steris that was comprised of peak demand shaving, heat recovery, “smart” controls and process unit-operations retrofits. Provided direct and team management for a $38M aftermarket paper making solutions and sales for 3 states and based in New Orleans. Many innovative solutions that generated better machine efficiencies and greater uptime. A particular example that saved two paper machines from being “cold-shut” by installing a new and highly efficient finishing winder. Other examples included an interesting solution that resulted in better mechanical sheet dewatering that trialed on one machine and later resulted in being replicated on 7 major machines and became a standard to Beloit – Nationwide.
