Maintain employee benefits on MDM Insurance System & HR Intellect/Payroll system; reconcile monthly benefit invoice and update employees’ benefits deductions

Orientation of new employees

Review Health & Safety Procedures and Company Policies; review and prepare all new employee forms

Issue Human Resources Letters; disciplinary warnings; warnings for Health & Safety & Company Policies

Meet with employees and prepare WSIB accident forms; deal with WSIB agencies; e-service of e-Form 7

Assist or handle new employee hiring; posting of open positions; review resumes; preliminary interviews of candidates

Maintaining and updating payroll information for employees

Verification of payrolls processed by other Payroll Administrators and assisting them with payroll requests

Preparing weekly, monthly and year end Canada Revenue payroll Remittances
